New Resident Manager for Camp Christian

Freeman has been hired to do management, maintenance and security at
Camp Christian. Tommy will be easing into the position over the next
couple of weeks and by the end of the month will be fulltime and living
in the house at Camp Christian. His background included stellar
references and experience in running his own business as well as
“handyman” experience. The interview team of one executive committee
member and one OMAT member, along with the Regional Minister, felt Tommy
was the right fit for the position. Tommy is married with grown
children.
The change in staffing means that contracts and
rentals of the camp facility will be handled through the Regional
Office. Inquires for use of the camp need to be channeled through Pam at
the Regional Office. Staffing and training for our camps will be covered
by the Regional Minister and by contract staff to be called later. |
